You’ll join the R&D team to manage project elements from inception to conclusion. This is a 6 – month contract + extension (possible convert to perm) opportunity. The role or team is located in Pawtucket, RI and is on-site 2-3 days per week.

Mobile Game Digital Producer Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating communication, tracking, and completion of project development tasks.
  • Managing project elements from inception to conclusion.
  • Synthesizing feedback from all stakeholders and sources to support digital team leadership in developing an action plan
  • Monitoring the delivery of project deliverables from various contributors, including translations, QA feedback, app builds, team instructions, and team training.
  • Compiling reports through data collection and other relevant insights gathering.


Mobile Game Digital Producer Requirements:

  • Possesses 2+ years of relevant work experience with a solid understanding of required tasks and technical knowledge.
  • Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, effectively managing and tracking multiple tasks concurrently across various projects
  • Possesses strong prioritization skills, adeptly assessing workload and task importance within a project. Manages time efficiently, proactively communicating potential roadblocks and resource needs.
  • Maintains a meticulous approach to work, ensuring all tasks are completed with the highest degree of accuracy.
  • Prioritizes quality by consistently reviewing and verifying work.
  • Takes complete ownership of assigned tasks, demonstrating initiative and providing regular progress updates.
  • Collaborates effectively across departments to ensure all aspects of a task are accomplished to the highest standards.
  • Maintains clear and professional communication across all organizational levels.
  • Proactively seeks information and actively pursues solutions.
  • Analyzes received information, considering context, scope, and priority before taking action.
  • Background in production or experience in the design of digital games, physical products (consumer electronics), or ideally, toys and physical games.
  • Skilled in managing device loaning and tracking processes for internal/retail events, demos, and playtesting.
  • Offers objective and valuable feedback based on playtesting experience.
