About Precision Sidewalk Safety Corp: Headquartered in Ocala, FL, the company uses specialized, patented equipment to remove sidewalk trip hazards (the elevated “lip” resulting from uneven heights of adjacent concrete panels) usually caused by tree roots and ground settling. Our customers are cities, counties, private communities, school districts and universities, businesses, and other large property owners with sidewalks. We deliver the highest quality in the industry – across all facets of our business. Our mission is to provide the best trip hazard removal service to our customers and provide an enjoyable, rewarding career opportunity for our employees and for ourselves.


The company’s business development model is well-proven, with a high “first introduction-to-sales” conversion rate and a high repeat customer ratio. The Account Executive has complete schedule flexibility, works from their home office, and has clear market segments with thousands of opportunities.


Responsibilities:

·      Search for, identify, and contact new potential customers

·      Build and maintain client relationships

·      Day trips typically 2-3 days each week within a geographic territory for presentations, meetings, and estimates for potential customers

·      Write priced proposals

·      Complete occasional property surveys; requires physical fitness in hot, humid conditions

·      Track and record details and metrics throughout the sales process

·      Meet and exceed financial goals

·      Manage all customer interactions from initial meeting through project completion and invoicing

·      Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape

·      Communicate regularly in a high-quality manner with a manager


Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s degree and proven success in business – ideally in sales

·      Strong written and verbal communication skills

·      Excellent organizational skills

·      Interpersonal skills and supportive teamwork mentality

·      Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required, proficiency in Salesforce and PowerPoint helpful


Compensation:

·      First full-year target / anticipated annual earnings with commission and bonus is $80,000 with substantial upside potential (no cap on commissions if revenue targets are surpassed).


Other:

·      Valid driver’s license is required

·      Precision Sidewalk Safety is a drug-free company, and all potential employees are screened prior to hiring

·      Precision Sidewalk Safety does not offer medical benefits at this time

·      Must own your own computer and iPhone

·      Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement
