Pullflow Inc. seeks a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Business Development Manager to join our team. This role will drive our marketing strategies, manage public relations efforts, and spearhead business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in startup marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of building strategic partnerships.


Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Oversee public relations activities, including media relations, press releases, and managing relationships with key industry influencers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, alliances, and collaborations.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Create and manage content for marketing campaigns, social media, and other communication channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Work with marketing and PR firms to enhance brand presence and public relations efforts.


Requirements


  • Proven success in startup marketing and growth. Dev Tools market experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with media, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Technical background is a big plus.
  • Experience with CRM software, marketing automation tools, and content management systems is a plus.
