Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ecommerce Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of our ecommerce platforms, including Shopify, Magento , or other relevant systems, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
  2. Site Optimization: Implement and manage site updates, SEO enhancements, and troubleshooting to enhance site visibility and performance. Optimize product listings, meta tags, and content for search engines.
  3. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze site performance metrics, including conversion rates, traffic, and sales. Prepare regular SEO reports and actionable insights to improve site effectiveness and search engine rankings.
  4. Content Management: Collaborate with the content team to ensure accurate, engaging, and SEO-friendly product listings and marketing materials. Develop and implement strategies for content optimization.
  5. Customer Experience: Monitor and address customer feedback and issues related to the online shopping experience. Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction, reduce friction points, and enhance overall site usability.
  6. Project Coordination: Work with internal teams and external vendors to manage ecommerce projects, such as site redesigns, feature additions, and promotional campaigns, with a focus on SEO best practices.
  7. Inventory Management: Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure accurate product availability and stock levels on the website, optimizing product visibility and searchability.
  8. Technical Support (Optional): Utilize coding knowledge to troubleshoot technical issues and implement minor enhancements as needed. Familiarity with HTML/CSS or other relevant technologies is a plus.
  9. Best Practices: Stay updated with the latest ecommerce, SEO trends, technologies, and best practices to continually enhance our online store’s performance, search engine rankings, and customer experience.
  10. Email Database Management: Leverage Klaviyo or other email platforms to build user journeys, optimize campaigns using data insights, and improve email marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in ecommerce management or a related field, with a strong focus on SEO. Experience with Shopify, Magento, or similar ecommerce platforms is required.
  2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  3. Skills:
  •    Proficiency in ecommerce platforms, content management systems, and SEO tools.
  •   Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and SEO performance metrics.
  •    Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  •    Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
