Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Administrative Support Assistant at Credit Suisse, USA. The Administrative Support Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the team. This includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and performing general office duties. The Administrative Support Assistant will also assist with data entry, document preparation, and maintaining office files.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
  • Experience in an administrative or support role is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
