Job Summary:
The Agency Admin Support will assist agency compliance with agency-and-producer licensing, E&O renewals, and commissions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties assigned as needed.
- Maintain and update agency and producer database.
- Process terminations and suspensions as needed.
- Manage agency E&O renewals/updates.
- Manage producer and entity licensing for all active agencies.
- Recurring commission changes.
- Other agency related tasks as needed.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or GED required, with some college or 2-4 years of related experience preferred.
- Insurance experience is preferred.
- Experience with agency administrative duties a plus.
Knowledge/Skills
- Ability to analyze, problem solve, and thrive in a collaborative environment of trust and high performance.
- Excellent written, communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills, able to prioritize workload efficiently.
- Coachable and eager to learn new tasks, skills, and knowledge.
- Demonstrate ability to prioritize workload efficiently and be flexible to daily changing job duties.
- Bi-Lingual Preferred (English and Spanish).
Computer Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
