Duration: 3 month contract to hire


Responsibilities:

  • Create, publish, and maintain schedules for Brand Standard’s Specialists to ensure excellent customer service, financial efficiency, and work-life balance.
  • Daily scheduling of work orders by matching client requirements with Specialist certifications for proper assignment.
  • Monitor and ensure assessments are scheduled and completed within round dates and evenly spread throughout established rounds.
  • Collaborate with District Managers and Specialists to understand variables affecting efficient scheduling and incorporate into advance scheduling and adjustments.
  • Provide route and client certification recommendations to District/Operations Managers to maximize Specialist utilization and productivity.
  • Communicate effectively with Operations, Support Services, Account Management, and other departments to facilitate completion of scheduled work orders.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to multitask, organize work, and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to define roles and responsibilities effectively, plan well, be flexible, and facilitate change.
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with others.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Word and Excel; Access is a bonus) and Google applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive, etc.).
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Availability to work evening and weekend shifts.
