Business Development Executive

McKinney, United States First National Title & Escrow Full time

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new relationships and maintaining existing ones with realtors, lenders and other prospective clients including but not limited to real estate investors and institutional buyers.

 

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with prospective clients, realtors, lenders and investors
  • Attend networking events
  • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
  • Manage sales pipeline
  • Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
  • Track metrics to ensure targets are hit


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree 3+ years in the title industry
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • CRM experience is preferred
