  • We are actively seeking Professionals for our Sales teams These are competitive positions that start on the ground floor but offer rapid advancement towards a management role.   • Generate, develop, and maintain new and ongoing business and sales relationships.
  • Implement and demonstrate outbound sales efforts by using sales and services best practices, prospecting, networking, lead generation, data capture, and personal database management.
  • Develop and attain personal strategies, procedures, and goals to increase sales for our clients.
  • Provide extensive customer service and continual development of relationships with customers by greeting and offering support to current and potential clients daily at events
  • Participate in and attend Sales Department meetings with relevant data, research, and accurate information. Commit to ongoing sales training and development of best sales practices.
  • Uphold a fun, upbeat professional attitude to gain new business prospects while networking around San Antonio Texas.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • 2-5 years experience in inbound/outbound sales role
  • 1-3 years’ experienced in customer service/hospitality position
  • Associate’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or a related field preferred
  • Strong phone and computer skills, ability to properly track sales efforts
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Bi-lingual preferred in English and Spanish but not needed
  • Availability to work 40-50 hours per week depending on demand
  • Great Networking Skills, being able to connect and close potential clients

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

  • VEGAs Event Group covers all of central Texas .
  • We are business casual, but at times will need to be business professional
  • Ability to work Saturday, Sunday and/or evening shifts during the week.
