Outside Sales Representative

Job responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the market.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce or similar CRM system.


Requirements:

  • Experience in Roofing or construction.
  • Graduate from high school not college required.


Required skills:

  • People who are ok with working on heights and climbing roofs.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
  • Knowledge of technology products and services,
  • particularly in the Spanish market
  • Experience in account management, business development, or outside sales is preferred.
  • Technical sales experience is a plus.
