Sales Representative

Sales Representative must have sales experience or be within a similar industry, which can include customer service or project management, to provide services that our customers depend on. The Sales Representative needs to have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at generating leads, building relationships, maintaining relationships, and closing deals. Sales Representative needs to be a quick learner who has great patience, a positive attitude, personable skills, and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Often tasked with meeting our clients at their home or business site and attending networking events to continue to build the brand, the Sales Representative must be both personable and professional.



Responsibilities:

-Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities

-Represent the company’s services, using consumer research as well as deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of customers

-Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualify calls to clients, manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories, and maintain strong relationships with current clients

-Possess in-depth on service knowledge and be able to answer questions of possible concern from clients and handle objections

-Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other required documentation

-Provide estimates for customers

-Generate leads, leverage referrals, and build relationships by organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers

-Develop and implement territory action plan using comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field


Must haves:

*Two or more years of sales experience within a similar industry

*Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills

*Proficiency with sales management software and CRM

*Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism

*Preferred skills and qualifications

*Proven success rate at levels above sales quota

*Ability to travel to clients’ homes or businesses

Plusses:

*Proven longevity at previous employment (3+ years)

*Bachelors degree

*Previous work at an interior design, furniture, or architecture firm
