Overview:

We are seeking two highly skilled Technical Business Analysts with a strong background in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and a minimum of 5 years of experience. The ideal candidates will possess a deep understanding of AI technologies, data analysis, and business process improvement, and will be responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the business to drive innovative AI solutions.


Responsibilities:

1. AI Solution Development:

◦ Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

◦ Design and implement AI-driven solutions to optimize business processes and improve decision-making.

◦ Evaluate and select appropriate AI technologies and frameworks for various projects.

2. Data Analysis and Management:

◦ Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to derive actionable insights.

◦ Develop predictive models and algorithms to support business objectives.

◦ Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all AI initiatives.

3. Business Process Improvement:

◦ Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement through AI integration.

◦ Develop and document business cases for AI projects, including cost-benefit analysis and ROI.

◦ Work with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and monitor their impact.

4. Project Management:

◦ Lead and manage AI projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet business requirements and timelines.

◦ Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource allocation.

◦ Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly.

5. Technical Support and Training:

◦ Provide technical support and guidance to business users on AI tools and technologies.

◦ Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance AI literacy within the organization.

◦ Stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends, technologies, and best practices.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical business analyst role with a focus on AI.

• Strong knowledge of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.

• Experience with data analysis tools and platforms such as SQL, Hadoop, Spark, or similar.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

• Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
