Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and present data visualizations, reports, and dashboards based on business needs
  • Convert business requirements into precise technical specifications for BI solutions
  • Design, implement, and maintain BI systems and tools, such as Tableau, Jaspersoft, and Alteryx
  • Perform data analysis through database queries to extract meaningful insights
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues by conducting thorough unit testing
  • Enhance and optimize existing BI systems for better performance and scalability
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration
  • Provide ongoing support for data analytics platforms and ensure their effective operation
  • Maintain accurate and detailed technical documentation to support ongoing projects
Qualifications:
  • 5-10 years of experience with SQL and a solid understanding of relational databases; SQL Server preferred, MySQL or data lake experience is a plus
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience with a recognized reporting tool, preferably Tableau; experience with Jaspersoft, Tableau Prep, or Alteryx is a plus
  • Oracle Fusion ERP reporting experience is an advantage
  • Strong skills in report layout and presentation
  • Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to support production
  • Experience with performance tuning for data sources, reports, and dashboards
  • Ability to independently drive requirements gathering from business stakeholders and document them clearly
  • Self-starter with excellent organization, planning, and time management skills
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Experience working collaboratively within a team-oriented environment, with strong interpersonal skills
  • A strong track record of success in taking ownership of solutions from concept to completion
