Title: Technical AI Business Analyst

Location: Charlotte, NC must be onsite

Overview:

We are seeking two highly skilled Technical Business Analysts with a strong background in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and a minimum of 5 years of experience. The ideal candidates will possess a deep understanding of AI technologies, data analysis, and business process improvement, and will be responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the business to drive innovative AI solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical business analyst role with a focus on AI.

Strong knowledge of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.

Experience with data analysis tools and platforms such as SQL, Hadoop, Spark, or similar.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
