About the Job: You will be responsible for the content strategy, content creation, management and maintenance of our social media accounts to contribute directly towards our target audience and market growth.  



Key Responsibilities:

        

●      Create and implement social media strategy to align with business goals

●      Plan, create and implement our social media strategies across the Instagram, Tik Tok and Pinterest

●      Produce, edit, distribute and share engaging content on a regular basis (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news) 

●      Conduct research on current trends and audience preferences

●      Collaborate with team to ensure brand consistency

●      Maintain pulse on brand activity and brand values across brand family

●      Set definite objectives and monitor search, social, and content metrics

●      Interact with fans and followers, reply to queries promptly, and monitor customer feedback

●      Supervise social media accounts’ posts to ensure the design and brand consistency (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout)

●      Recommend and implement new initiatives to develop brand awareness 

●      Use web analytical tools such as Google Analytics, and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance

●      Recommend proposals to tweak the social media marketing strategy for optimal results

●      Prepare periodical reports on social media marketing efforts

●      Keep updated on the best practices and emerging trends in social media

●      Manage and disseminate all leads generated through social media campaigns.



Requirements


●      Marketing, Advertising, Social Media, PR or similar field of study BA

●      At least one year of experience in social media and influencer management

●      Willingness to follow our principal designer, the action, travel to photoshoots and events to capture content



Key Qualifications:


●      Extensive experience with Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest

●      High level aesthetics and genuine interest in interior design is a plus

●      Deep understanding of what drives social media engagement

●      Constantly on top of emerging social media trends beyond what’s working now

●      Exceptional skill with the nuances of social media content, including the use of hashtags, emojis, and acronyms

●      Understanding of paid social media strategy, from running paid campaigns to boosting and whitelisting organic content

●      Great communicator and cross-functional attitude

●      Exceptional prioritization skills 

●      Deep understanding of what drives social media engagement

●      Proven Social Media Management success, demonstrated by metrics, preferably in a company with brand partnerships

●      High level of visual standards and genuine interest in interior design is a plus
