**Role Overview:**

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Coordinator/Manager to lead our social media efforts. This role is crucial in managing and growing our online presence, creating compelling content, and building strong relationships with influencers and followers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a deep understanding of brand management, and the ability to execute effective content strategies that align with our brand values.


**Key Responsibilities:**


- **Content Creation and Strategy:**

- Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with She’s Happy Hair’s brand and business goals.

- Create and post engaging content daily across all social media platforms, ensuring it is consistent with the brand’s voice and aesthetic.

- Schedule and execute weekly content shoots with stylists and influencers, ensuring diversity in content, including educational and behind-the-scenes (BTS) material.

- Ensure all content is visually appealing and incorporates relevant graphics, keeping up with the latest trends and standards.


- **Partnership and Brand Management:**

- Build and manage relationships with large influencers, stylists, and other partners to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

- Coordinate and conduct one Instagram Live session per week, planning and executing these events to maximize audience engagement.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency across all platforms and campaigns.


- **Engagement and Community Management:**

- Monitor and engage with followers on social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and story shares in a timely and professional manner.

- Analyze and report on social media metrics, using data to refine and improve content strategies.

- Attend weekly training sessions to stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.


- **Analytical and Technical Skills:**

- Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance, identify trends, and provide insights that inform content creation and strategy.

- Optimize posts and campaigns based on performance data, ensuring continuous growth in follower count and engagement.


- **Graphic Design:**

- Design and implement high-quality graphics that complement and enhance social media content.

- Ensure all visual content aligns with She’s Happy Hair’s brand standards and resonates with our target audience.


**Qualifications:**


- **Experience:**

- Proven experience in social media management, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work across various platforms.

- Experience in partnership and brand management, particularly within the beauty or fashion industry.

- Background in graphic design and content creation, with proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.


- **Technical Skills:**

- Strong understanding of social media analytics and the ability to interpret data to drive strategy.

- Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.


- **Creativity:**

- A creative thinker with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.

- Ability to generate innovative ideas that align with She’s Happy Hair’s brand and engage our target audience.


- **Communication:**

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with followers and influencers.

- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
