Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administrate the CMMS (Blue Mountain) for all preventative and planned maintenance activities
- Establish and manage facilities contracts for calibration, HEPA certification, HVAC balancing, roof repair, welding, machine shop services, electrical work, office moves, pest control, safety, security/access control, and janitorial services.
- Ensure maintenance and calibration of utilities, standby generators, NIST instruments, electrical/UPS systems, HVAC systems, HEPA filters, and process equipment according to preventative maintenance and calibration programs.
- Administer and execute the GMP Manufacturing Facility Site CMMS (Blue Mountain).
- Oversee the administration and execution of the Site BMS and EMS for both GMP and non-GMP areas.
- Establish and integrate spare parts inventory for MFG Facility Site equipment and systems into the CMMS, including creating inventory lists, assigning part numbers, creating barcodes, and uploading inventory into the CMMS module.
- Ensure consistent execution and documentation of preventative maintenance work plans by contractors and technicians.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in biopharmaceutical GMP facilities, reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), engineering, or manufacturing.
- 5+ years of experience with process equipment, utilities, preventative maintenance, calibration, and cGMP/GLP environments and regulations.
- Experience utilizing a CMMS (ideally Blue Mountain)
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical engineering operations, including process equipment, utilities, facilities, preventative maintenance, calibration, validation, and scheduling.
