Senior Resource Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Director to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical plant, equipment, and grounds are maintained in excellent condition.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Inspect facilities and equipment to determine maintenance needs and develop a preventative maintenance schedule to control costs.
- Assign and supervise maintenance staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating their performance.
- Purchase building and maintenance supplies, machinery, equipment, and furniture.
- Develop and implement emergency procedures, including evacuation plans.
