Responsibilities


Our ideal candidate will:

  • Serve as a Strategic Client Partner: Become the trusted advisor for our clients, proactively managing their benefits portfolio to drive meaningful outcomes. Your role goes beyond account management—you'll be a strategic problem-solver who ensures clients maximize their employee benefits investment.
  • Drive Client Lifecycle Excellence: From initial implementation through annual renewals, you'll manage the entire client journey. This includes designing targeted benefit communication strategies, educating employees, and consistently demonstrating tangible ROI for our clients.
  • Advocate for Employee Well-being: Act as the primary guide for employees navigating complex healthcare choices. Your expertise will help individuals make informed decisions about their benefits, ultimately improving workforce satisfaction and health outcomes.
  • Operational Leadership: Maintain meticulous documentation, manage system updates, and develop streamlined processes that enhance our client management capabilities. Your ability to create structure in dynamic environments will be key to our continued success.

We're seeking a high-performing professional with:

Experience

  • 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing roles
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strategic client relationships

Domain Expertise

  • Deep understanding of Employee Benefits landscape
  • Knowledge of self-funded health plans and alternative funding strategies
  • Ability to translate complex benefit structures into clear, actionable insights
