Description

Our continued growth has created an opening for a Client Strategy Manager This role is integral to the success of our work to help our clients leverage technology for business success. Part account manager, part IT strategist, this position will work closely with clients and our internal teams to create and oversee implementation of an IT roadmap. The people who thrive in this position are knowledgeable about both business and technology, and are able to make connections between business needs and technology solutions. They are master relationship-builders who use verbal and written communication to collaborate internally and develop meaningful and productive rapport with clients in varying industries in the Greater Nashville area. The Client Strategy Manager must be local as regular onsite client visits are required.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, including performing regular client reviews
  • Consult with clients on best practices and strategies for IT systems and business planning by engaging with various levels within the clients' organizations, including the executive team, to understand overall short and long-term goals
  • Develop objectives and strategies and ensure all documentation is properly maintained and updated in a timely manner
  • Advocate internally on behalf of clients through coordinating internal engagements (with Sales, Service Delivery, Professional Services, and Accounting teams)
  • Evaluate clients' technology use and needs and provide recommendations to best support their business objectives to give them an edge over their competition
  • Provide account management with outcome of increased customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth
