As a Customer Success Manager, you will deliver joy and delight to our healthcare professionals while driving adoption, satisfaction, and value realization from Nsight Healths solutions. You will proactively engage with clients to ensure high satisfaction, retention, and growth, fostering strong partnerships that align with their business goals. This is an opportunity to lead impactful initiatives, advocate for our clients, and play a critical role in achieving our mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Customer Success plans to establish trust-based client relationships and drive business value.
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their strategies, align objectives with Nsights solutions, and deliver outcomes that create client advocates.
  • Drive adoption of our solutions, ensuring alignment between client expectations and performance throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for a portfolio of clients, ensuring targets are met and actionable insights are shared across teams.
  • Conduct workshops and client engagements to educate customers on Nsights solutions and build alignment on joint roadmaps.
  • Advocate for the customer by channeling feedback into actionable plans that enhance service and satisfaction.
  • Partner with internal teams to design campaigns and initiatives that reduce churn, drive referrals, and maximize account growth.
  • Manage cross-functional collaboration to streamline the customer onboarding process and execute value-driven initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of Customer Success across the organization by sharing insights, wins, and opportunities for improvement.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Gross Revenue Retention (GRR): Maintain high retention for assigned accounts.
  • Net Revenue Retention (NRR): Drive account growth through expansions and strengthened client relationships.
  • Customer Health: Maintain high Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) ratings.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors Degree in business management, healthcare, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 1 3+ years in customer success, account management, or client services, preferably in healthcare or population health.
    • Proven success in driving retention, growth, and value realization for customer accounts.
  • Strong consultative, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with HubSpot, EHR/EMR systems, and related tools is a plus.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with excellent organizational skills.
  • Data modeling, predictive analytics, and process optimization experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
  • A customer-centric mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
