Client Success Manager

We are seeking an experienced Client Success Manager to lead our East region portfolio of 75-100 fertility clinics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management and client success, with experience in the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the implementation of strategic plans to drive referrals and revenue growth across the portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at each fertility clinic
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
Estimated Salary: $80,000-$90,000 + Variable Compensation
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels. They will also be able to effectively navigate the complexities of a book of business with clients in multiple stages of their lifecycle.
