Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- 4+ years of experience in legal or financial roles.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to support the team across many functions.
- Must be in Providence Metro Area.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Admission to the state Bar.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities to include, but not be limited to: SEC filings, compliance functions, HR, and office management.
- Advising on corporate governance and regulatory compliance issues in the financial industry.
- Interacting with prospective and current UHNW clients, and professionally responding to due diligence and document requests.
- Providing legal support for the Investor Relations team.
- Providing general support to the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Financial Officer.
