Summary


We seek a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Honolulu, HI. This role suits a local candidate with extensive expertise in managing large-scale commercial and military construction projects.


Key Responsibilities


  • Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and completion.
  • Lead project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards on construction sites, particularly military bases, hospitals, schools, and high-rises.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • To maintain accurate project documentation and schedules, utilize project management software such as Bluebeam, MS Project, and Autodesk tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks).


Qualifications


  • A local and stable work history in Honolulu, HI.
  • Minimum of 15 years of project management experience in commercial and military construction.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, a related field, or equivalent field experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, chillers, boilers, plumbing, piping, and medical gas systems.


Preferred Skills


  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management and construction software tools.
  • In-depth understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
