Troop Construction Project Manager, Senior
Key Role:

Provide construction related project management expertise in support of an operational level warfighting headquarters in the development of operational support force capabilities to enable agile operations employment for military clients. Provide coordination, monitoring, and consultation of engineering-specific theater requirements with other command theater units, adjunct services, and other agencies for the allocation, synchronization, and de-confliction of logistics resources. Provide direct support of the rehabilitation of airfields in the Second Island Chain. Support the development of Courses of Action, Concepts of Support, Plans of Action and Milestones, and integrated master schedules.
Basic
Qualifications:
  • 4
    years of experience with military or troop construction planning
  • 2
    years of experience with construction project management
  • Experience at a Staff level or Major Command Headquarters
  • Experience assisting the development of the engineer components of budgeting, scheduling, coordination, and tracking for construction efforts
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Qualifications:
  • Experience working cross-functionally using teamwork and collaboration across departments and commands
  • Experience with agile combat operations and concepts, including the Agile Combat Employment (ACE) initiative, site surveys, infrastructure improvement, and prepositioning concepts across the AOR
  • Experience as a planner or project manager serving the INDOPACOM area of responsibility (AOR)
  • Ability to brief senior military leaders
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172, annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
