Flexera is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant who will support various executives. In this role, you will manage calendars, schedule and maintain complex travel plans and organize meetings.


Responsibilities:

  • Ability to handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature
  • Collect and prepare information for use in discussions/meetings of executive staff and outside individuals
  • Manage calendars, schedule and maintain complex travel plans and organize meetings
  • Prepare presentation materials for meetings
  • Manage and handle all expenses to be filed via Concur


Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Amazing interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills
  • Must have a great attitude and ability to collaborate and work with all areas of the organization
  • Experience scheduling domestic and international travel
  • Excellent calendar management skills (MS Outlook)
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience working with confidential/sensitive material in a discreet and professional manner
  • Flexibility and aptitude for multi-tasking, ability to prioritize and manage a heavy workload, working under pressure and within tight deadlines
  • Expertise in the use of Microsoft Office, Concur, and NetSuite
