Responsibilities


Team Management

  • Supervise and mentor Relationship Managers across all levels (Level I, II, and III).
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Ensure team members meet the criteria for promotion within the organization.

Metrics and Execution

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all team tasks and responsibilities.
  • Implement strategies to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.

Client and Prospect Engagement

  • Oversee the management of client and prospect interactions.
  • Ensure the team is effectively navigating proprietary software, client documents, and calendars.
  • Promote understanding and application of client types and office procedures.

Training and Development

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Facilitate training sessions and ensure team members complete 20 hours of continued education annually.
  • Encourage team members to start and maintain their own personalized financial plans.


Behavioral Science and Emotional Intelligence

  • Guide the team in understanding and applying behavioral science principles.
  • Empower team members to use personality and learning style insights to enhance client interactions.
  • Allocate budget for personalized "Wow" factors for clients to enhance relationship building.


Common Responsibilities Across Levels - Serve as Backup as Needed


Level III (Basic):

  • Basic navigation of proprietary software, client documents, and calendars.
  • Understanding of office procedures, hierarchy, and financial planning basics.
  • Initiate personalized financial planning.

Level II (Intermediate):

  • Schedule out-of-state appointments and coordinate conferences.
  • Process memos and letters promptly with proper grammar.
  • Apply behavioral science to client interactions.
  • Handle client "fires" and schedule/market seminars and events.
  • Maintain records for audit purposes and ensure compliance.

Level I (Master):

  • All Level II responsibilities.
  • Spend on "Wow" factors for clients.
  • Deep understanding of personality types and learning styles.
  • Registered Paraplanner status.

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a relationship management or client service environment.

Compensation


  • $70,000 base salary plus benefits package
