About Our Client: Our client is a premier architectural firm specializing in high-end residential design, ground-up construction, and full-scale renovations. This team is dedicated to delivering innovative and bespoke design solutions that enhance the lives of their clients. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join the team and lead our most prestigious projects.
Position Overview: The Senior Architect will play a pivotal role in managing and executing high-end residential projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, exceptional design skills, and proficiency in Revit, Lumion, and SketchUp. This role requires a deep understanding of high-end residential design, ground-up construction, and full renovation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage high-end residential projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and present innovative design concepts using Revit, Lumion, and SketchUp.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver customized design solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
- Oversee all phases of the design and construction process, including schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure project alignment with design specifications.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- 8-10 years of professional architectural experience, with a minimum of 5 years focused on high-end residential design, ground-up construction, and full renovations.
- High proficiency in Revit, Lumion, and SketchUp.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Full work authorization to work in the USA.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with sustainable design and green building practices.
- Knowledge of other design and visualization software.
- Professional architectural licensure.
