Position Overview: The Lead Architect will be instrumental in overseeing and executing luxury residential projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a wealth of experience in project management, outstanding design capabilities, and expertise in Revit, Lumion, and SketchUp. This role demands a profound understanding of high-end residential design, new construction, and complete renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage luxury residential projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and maintenance of superior quality standards.
  • Create and present innovative design concepts utilizing Revit, Lumion, and SketchUp.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and various stakeholders to deliver personalized design solutions that align with client expectations.
  • Oversee all stages of the design and construction process, including schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction oversight.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and regulations.
  • Mentor and support junior architects and designers, promoting a collaborative and innovative work atmosphere.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure project alignment with design specifications.
  • Effectively manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • 8-10 years of professional architectural experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to high-end residential design, new construction, and comprehensive renovations.
  • High proficiency in Revit, Lumion, and SketchUp.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the capability to lead multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Full work authorization to work in the USA.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with sustainable design and eco-friendly building practices.
  • Familiarity with additional design and visualization software.
  • Professional architectural licensure.
