About our Client: Our client is a distinguished architectural firm known for creating exceptional high-end residential designs. Their expertise spans from ground-up constructions to full-scale renovations, delivering bespoke solutions tailored to their clients' visions. We are currently seeking a talented Intermediate Architect to join this innovative team.


Position Overview: The Intermediate Architect will be integral in supporting the design and execution of high-end residential projects. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Revit, Lumion, and SketchUp, with a strong background in architectural design and project execution. Experience in high-end residential design is preferred, including ground-up construction and full renovations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and development of high-end residential projects, from initial concept through completion.
  • Utilize Revit, Lumion, and SketchUp to create detailed and visually compelling design presentations.
  • Collaborate with senior architects, designers, and project managers to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address design issues, and ensure alignment with project plans.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors to facilitate project success.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.
  • Support the project team in maintaining project schedules and budgets.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • 4-7 years of professional architectural experience, with a preference for high-end residential design, ground-up construction, and full renovations.
  • High proficiency in Revit, Lumion, and SketchUp.
  • Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction practices.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
  • Full work authorization to work in the USA.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with sustainable design and green building practices.
  • Knowledge of additional design and visualization software.
  • Progress towards professional architectural licensure.
