We are in search of a highly proficient Lead Architect to spearhead our most prestigious projects.
Position Overview: The Lead Architect will be instrumental in overseeing and executing high-end residential projects from initial concept through to final completion. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in project management, outstanding design capabilities, and a strong command of Revit, Lumion, and SketchUp. This role necessitates a profound understanding of luxury residential design, new construction, and comprehensive renovation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage high-end residential projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and maintenance of superior quality standards.
- Generate and present innovative design concepts utilizing Revit, Lumion, and SketchUp.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and various stakeholders to deliver personalized design solutions that align with client expectations.
- Oversee all stages of the design and construction process, including schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
- Mentor and support junior architects and designers, promoting a collaborative and creative work atmosphere.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure project alignment with design specifications.
- Effectively manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- 8-10 years of professional architectural experience, with at least 5 years focused on luxury residential design, new construction, and extensive renovations.
- High proficiency in Revit, Lumion, and SketchUp.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the capacity to lead multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Full work authorization to work in the USA.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with sustainable design and eco-friendly building practices.
- Familiarity with additional design and visualization software.
- Professional architectural licensure.
