We are in search of a highly proficient Senior Architect to take the lead on our most prestigious projects.

Position Overview: The Senior Architect will be instrumental in overseeing and executing luxury residential projects from initial concept through to final completion. The ideal candidate will possess extensive project management experience, outstanding design capabilities, and a strong command of Revit, Lumion, and SketchUp. This role demands a profound understanding of high-end residential architecture, new construction, and extensive renovation work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and direct high-end residential projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and maintenance of superior quality standards.
  • Create and present innovative design proposals utilizing Revit, Lumion, and SketchUp.
  • Engage with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver personalized design solutions that align with client expectations.
  • Manage all stages of the design and construction process, including schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction oversight.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations.
  • Mentor junior architects and designers, promoting a collaborative and innovative work culture.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with design specifications.
  • Effectively manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • 8-10 years of professional architectural experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to high-end residential design, new construction, and full renovations.
  • High proficiency in Revit, Lumion, and SketchUp.
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities with the ability to oversee multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Full work authorization to work in the USA.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in sustainable design and green building practices.
  • Familiarity with additional design and visualization software.
  • Professional architectural licensure.
