Position Overview: The Senior Architect will be instrumental in overseeing and executing luxury residential projects from inception to realization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and present innovative design ideas utilizing Revit, Lumion, and SketchUp.
  • Engage with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver bespoke design solutions that align with client expectations.
  • Oversee all stages of the design and construction process, including schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction oversight.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and regulations.
  • Mentor and support junior architects and designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work atmosphere.
  • Conduct site evaluations to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with design specifications.
  • Effectively manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • 8-10 years of professional architectural experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to high-end residential design, new construction, and comprehensive renovations.
  • High proficiency in Revit, Lumion, and SketchUp.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the capability to lead multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Full work authorization to work in the USA.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with sustainable design and environmentally friendly building practices.
  • Familiarity with additional design and visualization software.
  • Professional architectural licensure.
