Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Application Support Engineer at LOG-NET, Inc. The role involves providing application support for supply chain solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, and communicating effectively with internal teams and clients. The position is based in Tinton Falls, NJ.


Basic Qualifications

  • Application Support and Technical Support skills
  • Analytical Skills for problem-solving
  • Troubleshooting expertise
  • Strong Communication abilities
  • Experience in supply chain or logistics industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team


Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience supporting/developing distributed systems or cloud native applications
  • Experience working with a global team to provide 24x7 support and operations
  • Proficiency with ESB services
  • Experience with Monitoring / Troubleshooting tools
  • Experience in managing full application stack
  • Ability to work well with people and be both highly motivated and motivating
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a highly innovative and fast paced environment
  • Familiarity with sFTP, AS2 and API integration
  • Familiarity with SSL and application security certification


Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute operating procedures for data services.
  • Coordinate and participate in the 24x7 on call support of the platform.
  • Manage and execute integrations with customers and business partners.
