Role Overview: We are in search of a dedicated Service Engineer who will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction with our cutting-edge Nanographic Printing presses. This position involves delivering top-tier technical assistance to our expanding clientele and fostering robust relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance to press operators to address on-site technical challenges.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in product support within the graphic arts sector, specifically with digital printers or offset presses.

  • Must reside in the United States and be willing to travel extensively (approximately 25%) to customer locations.
  • U.S. work authorization is required for this position.
