Role Summary: The Senior Growth Strategy Analyst will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of our client's company. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, the ability to identify growth opportunities, and the expertise to implement strategies that drive sustainable growth. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership, portfolio company management teams, and other stakeholders to develop and execute growth strategies that enhance value creation.


Key Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy Development:

  • Partner with senior leadership to shape and implement growth strategies, creating actionable plans to seize these opportunities.

Greenfield Development:

  • Spot and evaluate prospects for new market entries and greenfield projects.
  • Formulate and carry out strategies to establish a presence in new regions and boost market penetration in current areas.

Mergers & Acquisitions:

  • Identify and appraise potential M&A opportunities to drive growth.
  • Conduct due diligence and financial analysis to determine the viability and strategic alignment of targets.

Product Add-Ons:

  • Assess opportunities for introducing new products and enhancing existing ones.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to foster product innovation and expansion.

Performance Optimization:

  • Track and evaluate the performance of growth initiatives.
  • Leverage data to create actionable improvement plans and optimize processes and strategies.

Data Analysis & Insights:

  • Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights that inform growth strategies.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, understand the competitive landscape, and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on market dynamics and company goals.

Financial Modeling:

  • Build financial models to forecast growth scenarios, measure ROI, and support strategic decision-making.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure growth initiatives align with company objectives.
  • Provide analytical support and recommendations to these teams.

Reporting & Communication:

  • Prepare and deliver detailed reports and presentations to senior management.
  • Clearly convey findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Continuously seek ways to enhance processes and methodologies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or a similar role focusing on M&A and growth strategy.
  • Proven track record of successfully supporting M&A transactions and driving organic growth initiatives.
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
