Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy Development:

Work with senior leadership to formulate and execute growth strategies and develop plans to capitalize on them through:


  • New Market Development: Identify and evaluate opportunities for entering new markets. Develop and implement plans to establish a presence in new regions and boost market penetration in existing areas.
  • Mergers & Acquisitions: Identify, assess, and support the execution of potential M&A opportunities to drive growth. Perform due diligence and financial analysis to evaluate the feasibility and strategic alignment of targets.
  • Product Enhancements: Assess opportunities for new product introductions and improvements. Collaborate with product development teams to drive innovation and expansion.

Data Analysis & Insights:

  • Analyze extensive datasets to extract actionable insights that drive growth strategies. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).


Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, understand the competitive landscape, and uncover growth opportunities. Provide recommendations based on market dynamics and organizational objectives.


Financial Modeling:

  • Create financial models to forecast growth scenarios, measure ROI, and support strategic decision-making.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, operations, and finance teams to align growth initiatives with company objectives. Provide analytical support and recommendations.


Reporting & Communication:

  • Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to senior management. Clearly communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.


Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and methodologies.



Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree (MBA, CFA) preferred.

Experience:

  • Over 5 years in corporate development, strategy, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting.

Skills:

  • Advanced financial and data modeling and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.

Attributes:

  • Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, PowerBI).
