WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?


The Senior Business Solutions Analyst will spearhead the strategy and implementation of innovative solutions for our clients and team members.

This professional will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to comprehend their requirements and convert them into operational and technological specifications to address business challenges.

This position will engage with Technology, the Front Office, Client Services, Operations, and other essential stakeholders such as Risk & Compliance, ensuring the provision of superior solutions.

This individual will also act as a key contact for a specific program or workstream during execution.

Key Responsibilities:


Oversee the daily execution of product routines while managing planning, reporting, and transformation initiatives. This includes understanding client and colleague experience needs, process re-engineering, project management, business and data analysis, creation of user stories, testing, and implementation activities.

Responsibilities may also encompass reporting, managing communications, training, and ongoing support for the introduction of new features and capabilities.

Essential Qualifications:


Experience with Salesforce nCino, Client Onboarding, Account Opening, and Client/Party Maintenance is highly desired. Familiarity with Agile Product routines, Salesforce, Appian, and management of daily user support is preferred.

The Senior Business Solutions Analyst must be highly autonomous but may also mentor Business Analysts and Associate Business Analysts in successful project delivery.

What You Will Do:


Act as the primary liaison to our Consumer Bank Lending products team, supporting modifications to those products on our existing platform while migration decisions to nCino are underway.

Drive product and program execution, including prioritization, scope definition, and follow-through to implementation and ongoing support; proactively manage multiple stakeholders across various functions and levels throughout the execution lifecycle.

Facilitate, comprehend, and analyze business needs across stakeholders; this includes reviewing, researching, and documenting the current state.

With the transition from current to future state, articulate business impacts (benefits and implications) to processes and risks & controls.

Own the intake and prioritization process for new changes across multiple business processes and stakeholders.

Deliver project or release status updates as necessary.

Assess business requirements and identify enhancements to design future state and create user stories for implementation.

Create basic mockups and wireframes to accompany business requirements for Technology development.

Establish acceptance criteria and perform/coordinate testing, collaborating with impacted teams and Technology on defect resolution.

Serve as a point of contact for daily support of platform users: respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, log and track problems, and triage as necessary to Technology; assist with access and usage requests and needs; identify issues and collaborate with the appropriate parties for remediation.

Assist in designing and executing a broader support model, including self-service materials and capabilities to minimize inquiries and avoid repeat issue escalation.

Create and maintain reports and dashboards as required.

Actively drive the team's Agile Product Ownership evolution; participate as a Subject Matter Expert to support the product roadmap and ensure alignment with City National Bank's overall Transformation strategy.

Perform all other relevant duties as assigned.

Must-Have:


Minimum of 6 years in product management, business analysis, and/or technical support roles.

Minimum of 6 years in strategy development, transformation, project management, and collaboration with senior leaders.

Minimum of 6 years in business/process/data analytics experience.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in a financial services operations environment.

Experience with Client Onboarding, Account Opening, and Client/Party Maintenance and workflow platforms.

Bachelor's Degree.

Ability to drive transformation and execution with technology.

Ability to resolve complex issues with minimal guidance; excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to communicate effectively; exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a proven ability to engage with all levels of management.

Must be able to identify and critically evaluate gaps, requirements, and translate them into actionable solutions.

Must be able to influence and prioritize effectively.

Must demonstrate clarity-seeking and adaptability in the face of ambiguity; show flexibility and quickly adjust to changing priorities.

Working knowledge of Agile methodology and Product Management routines.

Prior banking experience and expertise in process analysis and design.

Experience in coaching or managing teams and providing constructive feedback.

Ability to work on diverse problems requiring data analysis; comfort with high-priority projects where business challenges and stakeholder management can be complex.

Attention to detail is essential.

Strong project and program planning and managerial skills are required; exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to independently manage work and meet deadlines.

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. Familiarity with financial analysis techniques is advantageous.

Must possess Agile certification (SAFe, Agile Certified Practitioner, etc.) or the ability to obtain certification within 12 months of hire.

Compensation:

Starting base salary:
$92,114 - $156,880 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This position is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
