Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Manager at Thompson Safety™ in Houston, TX. The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to managing the company's online sales platform and marketing efforts. This includes overseeing the ecommerce website, managing product listings, optimizing user experience, driving sales through digital marketing channels, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to increase online sales and customer engagement. This position oversees ecommerce from customer click to ship. Truly a unique opportunity and whitespace to run your own "division" within a much larger footprint of existing business.


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in sales and e-commerce, ideally in a B2B setting
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and content management systems
  • Experience in marketing or related field is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Wordpress experience is a plus
