Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Program Manager to lead multiple strategic programs critical to the business units' strategic goals. This role involves overseeing a portfolio of projects, including customer-facing digital applications, process automation, and marketing technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize program performance and resource management
  • Manage multiple projects and oversee program analysis and recommendations
  • Develop and oversee work plans, and ensure program outcomes are reported and evaluated
  • Perform performance management, resource allocation, and project success evaluation
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of program management experience managing complex program systems with multiple, interdependent projects
  • 3+ years of experience working with Ecommerce, marketing, systems, and marketing software
  • Experience working with high-level stakeholders (VP and above)
  • Process Digitization and eCommerce: Experience in process digitalization and managing customer-facing eCommerce platforms or applications
  • Technology Application Experience: Preference for candidates who have managed customer-facing software development, eCommerce, or marketing technology projects
Preferred Skills:
  • Heavy E-commerce experience
  • Smartsheet experience
  • PMP
  • Certified six sigma green belt/black belt
