**Description**

RectorSeal is seeking a business and technology savvy candidate to fill the role of **Retail and eCommerce Analyst** responsible for marketing and sales support for the brand, RectorSeal HVAC, Plumbing and Firestop brands.

**Responsibilities**

**Customer Service**

* Primary customer service contact for manufacturers representatives and secondary contact for Major accounts, such as Home Depot, Lowe's, Ace Hardware, and other National Accounts.

* Answer customer calls and Emails for pricing and product Information

* Track orders through JD Edwards and expedite for key accounts. Monitor orders coming in through EDI (electronic data exchange).

* Assist other customer service representatives in handling customer calls, rectifying customer complaints, expediting orders, taking orders, and handling price, availability, transportation, or other order related issues that may arise.

* Address Vendor compliance issues with key accounts to assure our service is within customer expected metrics

**Sales and Marketing**

* Assisting sales manager with letters, proposals, quotations and other written and verbal correspondence with manufacturers representatives and customers.

* Assisting in design and implementation of sales programs, trade publication advertising, and trade show coordination.

* Periodically attend Trade shows and training programs regarding Home Depot, Lowes, and other key national accounts (as travel permits).

* Staff and Manage Trade shows.

* Educate customers and representatives about Rectorseal Products and Programs.

* Expedite sample and literature requests for customers and representatives.

* Maintain a high level of energy, be a team player, assist other departments whenever possible and /or necessary and most of all develop and a maintain a constant sales/customer service attitude.

**E-Commerce and Online Marketing Data**

* Syndigo- Maintain Item data in Syndigo for National accounts.

* Commerce Hub -Online order system for HD Supply and Home Depot special order management system and process orders entering the customers portal.

* Wercs-Maintain UL compliance and regulations for approval by National accounts including Home Depot Lowes and others.

* com- Manage all aspects of Rectorseal products on Amazon.com and Add new items and Update item information when needed

* National Accounts-Assist in management of other National Accounts product data management systems, sales portals, and vendor metrics to assure we meet our customers requirements.

* MAP- monitor and enforce corporate MAP (manufacturers advertised price) policies.

**Requirements:**

Degree required, with a preference for business, marketing, computer science, economics, or similar background

* Experience with JDE or similar ERP (Oracle based) preferred

* Experience at retail or corporate level (merchandising) with major DIY or Mass Merchandisers a plus.

* Must be extremely proficient at Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. (Office 365)

* Experienced using internet web for research, and website construction a plus.

* Sales, Customer service and or/telemarketing experience.

* Must have excellent organizational skills, verbal, and written skills, be self-motivated, and possess the problem-solving skills necessary to provide superior customer service to aid in exceeding divisional sales goals.
