Title: HR Specialist II / Knowledge Management Specialist


Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and lead projects and knowledge migration activities, ensuring that all internal customer expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Review and provide feedback on knowledge content, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Ensure images and links within content are correctly migrated to the new platform.
  • Manage knowledge content activities for HR documentation and employee-facing content for Knowledge Management and Portal systems.
  • Collaborate closely with global and regional knowledge stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate content creation or updates, meeting the needs of all content campaigns and stakeholders.
  • Work with regional and country-specific content stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and readiness for migration.
  • Partner with the Project Advance leadership team to identify risks and required actions to keep the project on track.
  • Support system migration activities for knowledge management.
  • Assist with system testing for all knowledge management functionalities.


Preferred Skills (Not Required):

  • Experience with ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) system.


Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with knowledge management tools and systems.
  • Ability to adhere to timelines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
