ABOUT THIS TEAM
The Cybersecurity Portfolio function supports Cybersecurity’s strategic alignment required to enable our strategic objectives while unlocking ongoing capabilities that protect the business and encourage continued growth. To accomplish this, greater visibility into the various Cybersecurity services across the global enterprise is critical. We are searching for a Senior Portfolio Analyst to support the strategic alignment and financial oversight of the Cybersecurity portfolio. The ideal candidate is analytically skilled, proficient in financial tools, adaptable in a fast-paced environment and ultimately comfortable with ambiguity.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Analyze performance, identifying risks and opportunities, provide insights and recommendations based on financial and non-financial data.
- Recommend develop, share & collaborate on implementing new and maturing existing portfolio management capabilities
- Review the impact of shifting priorities within the Portfolio to align with agile business strategies
- Organize the preparation of portfolio and executive reporting, presentations, and metrics for senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Spearhead the ad hoc projects that support an agile and dynamic technology environment.
- Collaborate with Cybersecurity leadership to enhance understanding of business and ensure strategic alignment across all levels of the portfolio.
- Coordinate meetings with Cybersecurity leadership and stakeholders to gather insights and provide necessary support.
- Act as a point of contact for cross-functional teams, addressing a variety of issues or concerns.
- Support Cybersecurity leaders through the various budgeting and forecasting processes and cycles
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in hands-on executive support, business analysis, or portfolio oversight.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong process coordination skills, including scoping, standardization, and prioritization
- Proficient in financial reporting tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Expert knowledge in PowerPoint and other tools to produce accurate presentations and reports.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken, with cross functional teams and
- internal stakeholders across all levels
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity
- Experience working with technology or cybersecurity leaders and stakeholders is a plus.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity and technology portfolios is a plus.
