Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Strategy Development:

   - Devise and implement comprehensive business strategies to drive growth and enhance market presence.

   - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify strategic business opportunities.


2. Sales Execution:

   - Lead the sales process from prospecting to closure, meeting and exceeding sales targets.

   - Cultivate and nurture relationships with key clients, leveraging security expertise to understand and address their unique needs.


3. Networking and Relationship Building:

   - Actively participate in networking events, industry conferences, and professional associations to expand our business network.

   - Attend lunches, meetings, and social events to build and strengthen relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.


4. Sales Tools Creation:

   - Develop effective sales tools, presentations, and collateral to enhance the sales process.

   - Work closely with marketing teams to ensure alignment between sales strategies and marketing initiatives.


5. Industry Expertise:

   - Leverage existing security connections and continually build a network within the security industry.

   - Stay abreast of industry trends, advancements, and emerging technologies to position our solutions as cutting-edge and unparalleled.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in business strategy development and sales, preferably in the security industry(Guard Services, Mobile Patrol Services and Camera Monitoring).

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

- Demonstrated ability to create impactful sales tools and collateral.

- Clean-cut, mature, and professional appearance.
