Position Summary:

The International Operations Specialist will act as a liaison between the US and overseas. They will be a pivotal support resource assisting the Director of Operations with overseeing the daily activities and projects of the operation departments, to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistency in the delivery of services. The International Operations Specialist will also work closely with other department heads to align operations with the overall business strategy and goals.

Essential Functions

 

  • Track and report daily site operation activities, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of all processes.
  • Monitor the site’s key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports to help identify trends, areas for improvement, and strategies to enhance performance.
  • Assist Director of Operations in developing detailed reports, and coordinating operational activities to optimize site workflows and processes,
  • Help ensure adherence to quality standards and quality control measures to maintain or exceed expectations in products and services.

·    Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements at the site level.

  • Identify operational issues promptly and report to the Operations Director to develop and implement corrective actions that prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site to streamline processes and eliminate inefficiencies.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to be used for informed decision making that drives continuous improvement within site operations.
  • Facilitate training and support on new systems and procedures

·    Provide feedback to identify potential risks within site operations.

·     As Liaison, coordinate regular site audits to ensure adherence to operational standards, protocols, and compliance requirements.

 

Required Competencies

 

· Experience in a call center environment 

· Familiarity with the basics of consumer borrowing, credit, and collections.

· Demonstrated experience with service-related systems, technical platforms and tools, such as Forth

· Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.

  • Proficiency in data analysis, report generation, and performance metrics
  • Proficiency in MS Office including PowerPoint and presentations.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills high degree of initiative and independence.

Work Environment

The International Operations Specialist generally works in an office setting and uses computers and telephones.

Physical Demands

The position requires sitting for extended periods, using a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, camera, and headset. The position may require walking, standing, climbing stairs, reaching, bending, or lifting (no more than 20lbs).

Position Type

The position is full time. Office hours are generally Monday through Friday, with varying shifts beginning as early as 7 a.m. and concluding as late as 6 p.m. PST. Though not routine, weekend or overtime hours may be required as needed.


Travel

This position may require low to moderate travel.


Preferred Education and Experience

·        BA/BS Degree in Business Administration or related field

·        3-5 years in a project analyst or specialist role for a call center
