About the Role

TalentBurst, an Inc 5000 company, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, or the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate.
  • Repair and Replacement: Repair or replace defective equipment parts, using hand tools and power tools, and reassemble equipment.
  • Inspections and Testing: Inspect drives, motors, and belts, check fluid levels, replace filters, or perform other maintenance actions, following checklists.
  • Tool Operation: Use tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches, to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices.
  • System Installation and Repair: Assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe systems and plumbing, machinery, and equipment.
  • Diagnostic and Troubleshooting: Inspect, operate, and test machinery and equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions.
  • Record Keeping: Record type and cost of maintenance or repair work.
  • Cleaning and Lubrication: Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery.
  • Disassembly and Repair: Dismantle devices to access and remove defective parts, using hoists, cranes, hand tools, and power tools.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: 0-7 years of experience required.
  • Skills: Strong Microsoft Office skills, Maximo, P&ID Drawing, Electrical schematics & Mechanical drawing experience, prior work with a digital Multimeter (CMMS/DMM), experience with boilers, HVAC, water systems, air compressors, electric schematics, nice to have.
  • Industry Experience: Prior experience in Food & beverage, Pharmaceuticals, or Medical Devices, nice to have.
