Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to join our Prepress and Graphic Arts team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the graphic arts industry, with specific expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (CC), Microsoft 365, and Wrike. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from inception to completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for utilizing Wrike as the primary project management software for job information and job ticketing, ensuring efficient workflow management and clear communication across teams.


Key Responsibilities:


Project Planning and Coordination: 

  • Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with clients, designers, and production teams to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Utilize Wrike to organize tasks, track progress, and manage job information and job ticketing.


Client and Stakeholder Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication between internal teams and external clients.


Quality Control:

  • Oversee the quality assurance process to ensure all deliverables meet industry standards and client expectations.
  • Review proofs and provide feedback to the design team.


Resource Management:

  • Allocate resources effectively to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery.


Technical Expertise:

  • Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud applications (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) for reviewing project files.
  • Use Microsoft 365 tools for documentation, communication, and collaboration.
  • Leverage Wrike for managing project tasks, job ticketing, and job information documentation.


Continuous Improvement:

  • Analyze project outcomes and gather client feedback to continuously improve processes and deliverables.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices.




Qualifications:


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.


Experience:  

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management within the graphic arts or prepress industry.
  • Proven experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft 365, and Wrike.


Skills and Competencies: 

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of print production processes.
