Our Logistics Associate will be responsible for helping manage and coordinate the distribution and shipment of goods, inspection of goods and materials, tracking of shipments, manage inventory, and communicate with customers and third-party service providers.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Purchasing, tracking and reporting inventory and deliveries.*
  • Managing warehouse inventory and distribution.*
  • Respond to shipping complaints, and lost or damages materials and goods.*
  • Ensure shipping carrier requirements and regulations are adhered to.*
  • Notify customers if shipments are delayed.*
  • Maintains logistics systems and suggests improvements as necessary. *
  • Works to ensure shipping deadlines are met.*
  • Perform inventory maintenance activities within company ERP system (QuickBooks), including but not limited to: material receiving, inventory site transfers, building of assemblies, sale/invoice transactions, and inventory cycle counts.*
  • Create supplier purchase orders. *
  • Process customer purchase orders, sales orders, and shipping orders. *
  • Perform sterile load shipping and receiving logistics. *
  • Manage product return process. *
  • Support production and quality control data analysis.


Education/Experience:

Associate degree and a minimum of 3 years logistics experience managing receiving and distribution controls within the medical device industry. Strong data analysis skills to effectively track inventory levels and identify areas for improvement. Proficient in using data entry systems, excel, scanners, must have strong auditing skills and organizational skills. Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes, including related documentation requirements.

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to analyze data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good warehouse safety knowledge
  • Cultural awareness


Salary Range $66,560-74K, depending on experience
