Job Description: A large automotive company is looking to hire a procurement specialist to join their business department. This person will be responsible for helping manage and select vendors to support the company's electronic vehicle program and the products that support it. This individual will gather requirements from stakeholders to determine the needs for the program and research as well as solicitate information (RFI) from vendors to determine which are the best choice. Lastly they will create RFP's and help chose which vendor the company will select and manage the partnership moving forward. This position requires administrative responsibilities which will include but are not limited to, scheduling meetings, documenting requirements and meeting minutes, researching companies etc. $100,000 to $140,000 per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.


Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of procurement/project coordination experience
  • Experience gathering and documenting requirements
  • Recent experience running an RFP and RFI process and creating the documents for it
  • Experience managing vendor relationships
  • Highly organized and detailed orientated


Location: South Jersey, onsite 3 days a week
