Job Summary


Lincoln Electric seeking an experienced eMobility Sales Executive to drive the sales of electrical distribution equipment supporting electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have expertise in electrical systems, including transformers, switchgear, and protection devices, and a strong understanding of eMobility trends. This role will focus on developing new business opportunities and building relationships with key stakeholders in the EV industry.


Key Responsibilities


  1. Drive sales for electrical distribution solutions (transformers, switchgear, protection devices) specific to the eMobility market.
  2. Engage and build relationships with stakeholders such as commercial property owners, OEMs, EV charging operators, fleet managers, and utilities to promote products and identify realize business opportunities to accelerate growth
  3. Develop and implement strategies to expand market penetration and grow revenue for Lincoln Electric Product Co Inc in the eMobility space.
  4. Update vision and strategy for next steps with upper executives and eMobility leadership.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with engineers, project managers, and contractors in the eMobility sector.
  6. Provide technical guidance to clients on selecting optimal equipment for EV charging stations.
  7. Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure services meet client needs.
  8. Stay updated on EV infrastructure trends, technologies, and regulations.
  9. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market presence.
  10. Work with internal teams to ensure product alignment with eMobility needs.
  11. Deliver product training and technical presentations to clients.
  12. Demonstratable ability to create sound business models, value propositions, pricing, and other strategies to close opportunities by synthesizing information and ensuring alignment with customer priorities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience with electrical distribution equipment (e.g., transformers, switchgear).
  • Strong understanding of electrical infrastructure for EV charging networks.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.


Preferred Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in strategic account management, sales management, and/or business development management.
  • 3+ years of experience in the eMobility sector
  • Knowledge of EV infrastructure regulations and incentives.
  • Passion for sustainability and clean energy.
  • Competitive base salary with commission.
